Ding dong the witch is dead! When I got the call that Beverly had been killed, I almost couldn’t stop myself from shouting with glee. I sat inside of the church dressed to the nines in an Yves Saint Laurent gown that flowed past my knees, and a pair of black Louboutins that glimmered under the dim lighting. Everyone inside of the church looked sad besides me; I looked elated. Although I hated to see Wendell sitting in the front pew crying and barely holding it together, I couldn’t help but be happy at the fact that we would finally be able to be together forever with no distractions. I checked my phone to see if he finally responded to my message. When I first saw the story run on the evening news, I sent Wendell a message stating that I wanted to talk to him, so call me when he got the message. I had yet to receive a response from him, but I just figured that it was because he was constantly surrounded by family because of the death of his precious wife.
It took a lot of hard work and planning to get us to this point, and I wanted Wendell and me to bask in the ambiance of a job well done. I almost had to kill the bitch myself; in fact I tried. I was tired of waiting on that damn hit woman to do what I paid her 75,000 damn dollars to do. I told the bitch that I was giving her three days to finish her “mission” and that’s exactly what I meant.
On the fourth day, I had a bomb delivered to Beverly’s office that I prayed she would open without Wendell standing next to her. Unfortunately for me, the security detail that constantly followed her prissy ass around intercepted the package, and the next thing I knew it was all over the evening news about how some terrorist was plotting to kill the Mayor. Ol’ girl called me up later on that night and went ballistic on me, claiming that I was fucking things up for her and ruining her plans; told me to leave the killing to the professionals and to stay in my place. I had to remind her that if she was truly a professional, then she would have had the damn job done in the time frame that she promised me. I also let her know that if Beverly wasn’t dead within two days, I would try to kill her again. I guess my threat must’ve worked or something because the next day, Beverly’s ass was dead.
When I found out that she was sneaking around with another man, my jaw hit the floor. That ungrateful bitch didn’t even know the worth of the man that she was fortunate enough to share a bed with every night. Of all the people in the world, she was lucky enough to be sleeping with and married to the Mayor. Not only was he fine, but he was intelligent and powerful.
